What are some good recruiting ideas for a staffing agency?

I work for a staffing agency and i am always on the hunt for good hard workiing people. I feel like i have run out of ideas for how and where to recruit for new people
i work for a staffing agency. i do not call people and recruit them that way, but by contacting job centers putting ads in the paper. i am not finding the great people that i need. any suggestions on how else or where else i can recruit for great people that are looing for work.
