Where do recruiting companies get their leads?

Sunday, November 1st, 2009
Vasya G asked:

I am considering starting a recruiting business. I have a pretty good idea where and how I can find job candidates, but what’s the best way to find clients? I know that larger recruiting companies may get requests from client companies directly, but I also know that there are lots of boutique recruiting agencies that probably get their leads from some database services. Does anyone know what these services are and how to subscribe to them? I know about dice.com monster.com and the like, but most companies that post there are looking for recruiting services.

Thanks.

What should I name my healthcare recruiting business?

Wednesday, July 8th, 2009
vanhandle asked:

I’m starting a new business within the healthcare recruiting industry and need a unique name. Basically, I’m going to be matching up medical professionals with jobs at hospitals and clinics. Most companies are going with a standard name like ________ Healthcare Recruiting but I’m looking for a name that separates my company from every other run-of-the-mill recruiting company.
