Does anyone know of any small businesses that need help recruiting employees?

I am a born again christian who wants to help small businesses in their recruiting needs, I spent thousands of dollars in advertising through various media and never got the best results for my dollars. I truly believe I can be of service to small businesses who do not have the capital, cash flow, or HR dept for this need.

   For your company also once those people will want to spread the best recruiting method in my opinion is wordofmouth tell them to work for not only will you are hired.
