Are there any trucking companies out there who are sick and tired of paying extemely high recruiting costs?

I am a born again christian who wants to help trucking companies who are paying inflated costs for recruiting truck drivers. Costs to trucking companies has sky rocketed due fuel costs, recruiting costs, downtime for trucks having to make more stops at checkpoints, etc. If I can at least help in their recruiting costs just maybe it may keep some of them from going under or allow them to meet other needs for their company.
